Grilled cheese & Coleslaw sandwich. It is an amazing sandwich which has our favourite Coleslaw filling along with indulgent cheese. Coleslaw is a side dish consisting of shredded cabbage and mayo dressing. It has a nice fresh taste and when put in between two bread slices yields an amazing sandwich to go. The non grilled version is as amazing as the grilled version and perfect for day outs.  This grilled sandwich will leave you wanting for more. Go ahead! Patra/ Alu Wadi/ Patrode is a versatile dish that is present in various cuisines, Gujarati, Maharashtrian, and Manglorean respectively. It as amazing snack which has a unique taste. The Gram flour mixture applied between each leaf has a wonderful sweet, tangy and spicy flavor. The texture of this dish is fantastic, soft from the inside, and crispy bits on the outside. The toasted sesame adds an extra texture to whole dish. The tamarind is actually added to this dish to prevent the colocasia leaf's itchy effect on your throat. Katori Chaat is an amazing, lip smacking snack recipe that will leave you mind blown! It has the perfect combination of wonderful textures and flavours. Khandvi, also known as Patuli, Dahivadi or Suralichi Vadi, is a savory snack in Maharashtrian cuisine as well as in Gujarati cuisine of India. It consists of yellowish, tightly rolled bite-sized pieces and is primarily made of gram flour and yogurt. The making process for this dish is very exciting and the results prove it's worth it. Biang Biang Noodles, traditionally called Biang Biang Mian is a traditional dish of Shaanxi Province from Northwestern China. Shaanxi cuisine is famous for its amazing noodle dishes. They are to die for. They are so tempting even to look at, you would want to try all of them.  “Biang” actually is an Onomatopoeia word describing the sound when the noodles smashing against the board (especially when smashing against stainless steel board). The word "Biang" is also the most difficult word to write. But, I bet to make them is not as hard. The satisfaction of making your own noodles, that too hand-pulled is a different kind of joy. Easy Shoyu (Soy) Ramen

Shoyu Ramen is a Soy Sauce based Ramen which is made with different Japanese sauces and Chicken broth. Here, I have a quick and easy vegetarian version, perfect for cold weathers when you crave that piping hot bowl of noodle soup. The broth is light and umami, you cannot reisist. Springy and chewy noodles have a delightful texture that give a different level of satisfaction. This recipe will touch your soul and you'ld want to make it again and again. This is not how you would make it classically. Some ingredients have been changed due to differences in availability, but the technique is pretty similar. The broth needs to be simmered with all the ingredients to infuse flavour to it's extreme. Classic Shoyu broth calls for Chicken, Kombu (a type of seawood that provides umami flavour), fresh or dehydrated Shitake mushrooms, Sake, Mirin, Miso paste, etc. The toppings also vary. They consist of soft boiled egg, fish cake, shredded nori (again a seaweed) chashu pork, etc....
